  A step up from the Atom, the Monsoon adds a few more features while keeping a good value and still running with the PC Link tuning platform. One of the nice features to the Monsoon is the onboard 4 bar MAP sensor making it easy to use without wiring an external MAP, other added features include gear shift control, launch control, anti-lag, VVT and closed loop boost control. How many of the additional features is dependant on the number of inputs and outputs each feature needs to run.

   While the ECU only has 4 injector and ignition drivers, it will run 6 and 8 cylinder motors with batch ignition and injection in pairs. We commonly use these on 1JZ and 2JZ motors with wasted spark as well as a host of V8's.

   The Mosnoon is not a plug and play ECU, but a wire in type, meaning you'll have to have someone wire it up for you or use Links pin out schematic to integrate your own harness. Plug kits and plug/pig tails are available for Link installs. The Monsoon has a single plug known as plug "A" and comes with the data cable to get you hooked up to a laptop.
