Xcessive Manufacturing's intake manifold flange for the SR20VE is cnc machined from 1" thick 6061 billet stock. We've left the flange with a 1/2" thickness on the bolting flange, thick webs between the ports for added stiffness and recessed oval pockets around the ports for welding in runner tubes. Stock side feed fuel rails can be used as well as top feed injectors (Bosch style .528/14mm o-ring is a direct fit) and rails without any modifications to the flange or injectors, fuel rail stand off's need to fabricated for stock rails.
