Xcessive Manufacturing's intake manifold flange for the KA24DE is cnc machined from 1" thick 6061 billet stock. We've left the flange with a 1/2" thickness on the bolting flange, thick webs between the ports for added stiffness and recessed oval pockets around the ports for welding in runner tubes. Stock side feed fuel rails can be used (with adapter kit) as well as top feed injectors (Bosch style .528 o-ring is a direct fit) and rails without any modifications to the flange or injectors. We've also significantly lowered the injector bosses so the fuel gets directly into the air stream and fitment of our top feed fuel rail is no taller than stock side feeds were. The flange also comes with a full set of stainless allen bolts to do the install with quality hardware. A 3/4" NPT thread is given for the water outlet.
