Installation Instructions

1. Be sure the engine has adequately cooled before starting disassembly.
2. Remove all factory exhaust components from the catalytic converter forward. Turbo, down pipe, header and the water and oil lines.
3. Clean the head around the exhaust ports of any uneven material.
4. Test fit the header, turbo and waste gate. Some clearancing or relocation of wires/hoses may be necessary.
5. Locate and pre fit oil and water lines per the turbo manufacturers requirements.
6. Install the new header using the factory bolt sequence. A new exhaust gasket is required for proper sealing when installing the exhaust manifold.
7. All down pipes are required to have flex couplings to meet manifold warranty requirements.
8. All waste gate dump tubes must be routed into the down pipe for support to meet manifold warranty requirements .
