Your kit should include:

• 1 Xcessive designed plenum
• 1 Xcessive modified runner set
• 1 Xcessive thermal intake gasket
• 1 Stainless steel throttle cable bracket
• 6  6mm Plated flange head plenum bolts
• 4  6mm Plated studs and Plated flange washers 
•  2 Vacuum port plugs
•  2 Hose barbs, 1 each 1/8" and 3/8"

Installation Instructions

1. Be sure the engine has adequately cooled before starting disassembly.
2. Disconnect all factory electrical connections on the stock manifold.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines and remove the fuel rail and injectors.
4. Disconnect the air intake, throttle cable and coolant lines from the throttle body.
5. Your throttle body will be reused and can be removed from the stock intake at this time.
6. Remove the stock intake and lower support brackets.
7. Some coolant lines and vacuum lines will need to be rerouted.
8. Clean the head of all old gasket material and install the new thermal gasket.
9. Install the new runner set with stock bolting hardware.
10. The 4 studs are for the two first and last holes in the top and bottom rows of holes on the plenum and should be installed in the plenum at this time. Leave 16mm (5/8") protruding from the plenum.
11. Fit the new plenum to locate the vacuum ports required for your installation. This plenum has two ports on top and two ports on the bottom for multiple hookups as needed.
12. Install the plenum with the 4 flange nuts first by starting each nut a couple of threads and working your way on a little at a time.  Leaving the nuts just loose, install the 6 supplied flange head bolts. Be sure to use a bead of sealant like silicone or rtv on the plenum bolt flange.
13. Install the throttle body with a stock gasket or sealant using the two lower bolts first, the two upper bolts will hold the throttle cable bracket.
14. Install the injectors, fuel rail and plug in the necessary wiring. The IAC will not be used unless you purchased the IAC remote mount kit and the throttle blade will require adjustment for proper idle. Reconnect/modify the intake piping.
