Your kit should include:

• 1 Xcessive designed plenum
• 1 Xcessive bolt on flange
• 5  8mm Flat head flange bolts
• 5  6mm Plated flange head plenum bolts
• 5 Hose barbs, 2 each 1/8" and 3/8"

Installation Instructions

1. Be sure the engine has adequately cooled before starting disassembly.
2. Disconnect all factory electrical connections on the stock plenum.
3. Disconnect the vacuum and coolant lines and remove the throttle body.
4. Remove the throttle cable bracket and PCV from the stock plenum. Remove the AAC.
5. Remove the stock plenum from runners. It will be necessary to reroute or close off coolant/heater hoses for the installation of this manifold.
6. Remove the stock studs from the runners where the plenum bolts on.
7. Clean the runner flange of all the old gasket material or dirt.
8. Install the new flange with the five black flat head screws using a bead of sealant like silicone or rtv.
9. Fit the new plenum to locate the vacuum ports required for your installation. This plenum has two ports on the inside and two ports on the outside for multiple hookups as needed. The tapped hole in the rear of the new flange is for the PCV. Install the PCV with sealant or teflon tape from underneath. If you ordered the AAC remote kit there will be a larger tapped hole for the 1/2" hose barb from the AAC remote mount kit. Install this hose barb from the bottom with sealer or teflon tape.
10. Install the plenum with the 5 supplied flange head bolts (silver) using a bead of sealant like silicone or rtv on the mating face. 
11. Install the throttle body with a stock gasket using the stock bolts. Mount the throttle cable bracket with the stock bolts and sealer. 
12. Reconnect the vacuum hoses and intake piping.
13. Be sure to check your hood clearance.
